MILITARY DISCOUNTS
Baby-2-Teen is especially proud of the courage and dedication of our military men and women and would like to extend a 5% discount on top of our already discounted prices to all military personnel. This, of course, is not in addition to any other offers. A current military ID must be presented at the time of purchase.

SALES TAX
Because we operate our business in the state of Virginia, we are required by law to collect 4.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Virginia. For those items being shipped outside the state of Virginia, you will not be charged sales tax.

DELIVERIES/SHIPPING
Baby-2-Teen considers all of their products precious cargo and that is why we have chosen UPS GROUND to deliver our smallest of products. Carseats, highchairs, bedding, rugs, lamps... are delivered by UPS GROUND. As for our creative and quality furniture, we have 2 options for our customers. We offer a white glove delivery service that will deliver your order directly to your home. They will unpack, inspect, assemble and place your items in the room of your choice. As of now, this service is available in 24 states. The second option for the delivery of your furniture would be common carrier. If you choose to have a common carrier deliver your furniture, you are responsible for transferring the merchandise from the truck to the inside of your home or office. The trucking company will contact you prior to delivery to insure someone is home to receive the merchandise. This service is available in the continental US. We do ship overseas if an APO address is applicable or if you have a container leaving from a particular port. For all of these delivery services, we recommend that you call our store during business hours and we will be happy to discuss shipping options and prices.
